Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boneless skinless checken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Back Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Cooking Spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
